CEO Elisabeth Siwiec von Staffeldt talks about the collaboration with Pivot Partner:<\/p>\n<h2>A financial partner from the very beginning<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cI have used Pivot Partner throughout all these years. We have grown along the way, and our need for financial support has changed, but Pivot Partner has been able to keep up the entire time. Today they help us with bookkeeping, VAT, payroll and preparation of materials for the auditor \u2013 and more recently also with handling rent payments.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>A flexible setup that can grow with the company<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe are too large to handle bookkeeping ourselves, but not large enough to employ a full-time finance staff member. So we are right in the middle \u2013 and Pivot Partner fits perfectly here. The flexible setup means we can scale the collaboration up or down as needed. It provides both freedom and financial sense.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Digital collaboration with Uniconta and Airtable<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe use Uniconta as our accounting system, and I send documents directly there \u2013 either as PDFs or images. Our bookkeeper, Bente, works externally from Pivot Partner\u2019s office and handles everything from there. We have ongoing communication via email, and we share a live sheet in Airtable where we can both follow the progress of different tasks. It works very well and provides full transparency.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>Professional insight and personal chemistry<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cOver the years I have had different bookkeepers attached, but overall I have always been very satisfied. The bookkeeper I have now, Bente, is particularly skilled. She actually knows my industry because she has worked in it herself. That means she understands our business and can spot things before I even do. That gives me a great sense of security.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>A safe and trusting relationship<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cEven though we work digitally, it feels like a close collaboration. I get quick responses, and communication is easy. Bente has spent a few days with us in connection with new tasks, but otherwise everything works well online.
