CFO Michael Sorth says:<\/p>\n<h2>From external CFO to compliance partner<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cKarin was one of the very first external key people in charge of our finances. She ensured that our finances and reporting were strong, both internally and in the dialogue with the bank. At the beginning, Karin functioned almost as our CFO. But as we grew and built up our internal finance function, her role changed to controller, and today she is our compliance partner. It has been an ongoing adaptation to our needs all along.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>When something works, we don&#8217;t change it.<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cQufora has become a significantly larger company, and we could have chosen to take compliance in-house a long time ago. But there are some things that just have to work: VAT, tax, payroll. The risk of moving it in-house is greater than the gain. As long as it works, there is no point in changing it. We will not work together for almost 20 years if it does not work well.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>It gives peace of mind when important areas are handled correctly<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cIt gives us immense peace of mind knowing that these important areas are being handled correctly. I won&#8217;t speculate on that \u2013 it&#8217;s reliable. And if something is urgent, it&#8217;s always possible to get hold of Karin or the team, and she ensures that her people do things properly.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h2>An open and trusting partnership<\/h2>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cWe have always had a completely open dialogue \u2013 also about the long-term things like resources, capacity and even the future and pension.
